Inheritory is a referral service only. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed between you and Inheritory at any point. Any attorney-client relationship exists solely between you and the attorney you choose to work with.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome or Match
Inheritory attempts to match users with independent, licensed estate planning attorneys based on the information provided. We do not guarantee that a match will result in representation, a consultation, or any particular legal outcome. Attorneys in our network are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Inheritory.

3. Free to Use
Our Service is free for families. Inheritory does not charge users any fee to use the quiz or be matched with an attorney.

4. No Payment Processing
Inheritory does not process, collect, or store any payment information. Any fees related to legal services are handled directly between you and your attorney, entirely outside of Inheritory's systems.

5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate information when completing our quiz or contact form. Inheritory is not responsible for matching outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by users.

6. Communications Consent
By using our Service, you consent to receive communications from Inheritory and matched attorneys via phone, text message, and email, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
Inheritory provides this Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, our matching Service, or your interactions with any matched attorney.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
